Delete your account and your data

You can close your Trouble Flight account whenever you want, also if you signed up with Google, Facebook or Apple.

On the website

Log in, open your profile, choose “Delete account” at the bottom of the page and confirm.

Go to your profile

In the app

Open the “Account” tab, tap “Delete account” and confirm.

What happens next

Your account is closed straight away: you’re logged out everywhere and can no longer log in with it. Claims you’ve already submitted go on, and we’ll keep you posted about them by e-mail.

Having all your data erased

To have all your personal data erased, including your claims’ data, or if you can’t log in, write to [email protected] from your account’s e-mail address. We’ll answer within one month, as the GDPR requires, and keep only what the law obliges us to keep.

Signed in with Facebook or Google?

Removing Trouble Flight from the apps in your Facebook or Google settings stops that sign-in, but doesn’t close your Trouble Flight account: delete it as described above.
